Betriebsanleitung Thermostat FLZ 510 (Wechsler - CO)

Anwendung:

Die Thermostate werden zur Temperaturregelung von Kühlgeräten, Heizgeräten, Filterlüftern u.

Wärmetauschern innerhalb von Schaltschränken eingesetzt.

Sie erfassen die eingestellte Umgebungsluft und öffnen bei steigender Temperatur den

Heizkontakt und schließen den Kühlkontakt.

Sicherheitshinweise:

Die Thermostate dürfen nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal installiert werden.

Die Schutzmaßnahmen und der Berührungsschutz sind durch den Einbau sicherzustellen.

Die Angaben auf dem Typschild (Spannung und Strom) sind zu beachten.

Die Funktionssicherheit des Thermostates ist durch einen Funktionstest sicherzustellen.

Einbauhinweise:

- Der Thermostat sollte im oberen Bereich des Schaltschrankes mit dem größtmöglichen Abstand

zu wärmeerzeugenden Bauteilen montiert werden.

- Die Lüftungsschlitze des Thermostates dürfen nicht a/jointfilesconvert/1527876/bgedeckt werden.

- Bei Einsatz des Wechslers als Öffner muß bei der Temperatureinstellung die größtmögliche

Hysterese zu der geforderten Mindesttemperatur hinzuaddiert werden.

Beispiel: - erforderliche Mindest-Schaltschrankinnentemperatur: 10°C (50°F)

- einzustellende Temperatur: 15°C (59°F)

- resultierend aus:

15°C (59°F)= erforderliche Temperatur 10°C + größtmögliche Hysterese 4K (1K+3K)

Thermostat FLZ 510 (two-way contact – CO) Instructions for Use

Application:

The thermostats are used for the temperature regulation of cooling units, heating appliances, filter

ventilators and heat exchangers inside switch cabinets.

They detect the adjusted ambient air and open the heat contact and close the cool contact at an increasing

temperature.

Safety instructions

The thermostats may only be installed by qualified staff.

The protective measures and the protection against contact are to be ensured by the installation.

The information on the name plate (voltage and current) is to be heeded.

The operational reliability of the thermostat is to be ensured by an operating test.

Installation instructions:

- The thermostat should be assembled in the upper part of the switch cabinet at the maximum possible

distance from heat creating components.

- The ventilation slots of the thermostat should not be covered.

- When using the two-way contact as an opener for the temperature setting the highest possible

hysteresis must be added to the required minimum temperature.

For example: - required minimum temperature inside switch cabinet: 10°C (50°F)

- temperature to be set: 15°C (59°F)

- resulting from: 15°C (59°F) = required temperature 10°C + highest

possible hysteresis 4K (1K+3K)

Instructions d’emploi du Thermostat FLZ 510 (Contact à deux directions - CO)

Application :

Les thermostats sont utilisés pour réguler la température des appareils de refroidissement, de chauffage,

des ventilateurs filtrants et des échangeurs de chaleur installés dans des armoires de distribution. Ils

enregistrent l’air ambiant réglé et ouvrent, à température croissante, le contact de chauffage et ferment le

contact de refroidissement.

Conseils de sécurité :

Les thermostats doivent être installés uniquement par un technicien qualifié.

Les mesures de protection générale et contre les contacts accidentels doivent être assurées par le

montage.

Les données de la plaque signalétique (tension et courant) doivent être prises en compte.

La sécurité de fonctionnement du thermostat doit être établie par un test de fonctionnement.

Instructions de montage :

- Le thermostat doit être monté dans la partie supérieure de l’armoire de distribution en l’éloignant le plus

possible des composants générateurs de chaleur.

- Les fentes d’aération du thermostat ne doivent pas être obstruées.

- Lors de l’application du contact à deux directions comme contact à ouverture, la plus grande hystérésis

doit être ajoutée à la température minimale exigée au moment du réglage de la température.

Exemple : - Température minimale requise à l’intérieur de l’armoire : 10°C (50°F)

- température à régler : 15°C (59°F)

- ce qui donne :

15°C (59°F)= température nécessaire 10°C + hystérésis la plus grande possible 4K (1K+3K)

Gebruikshandleiding thermostaat FLZ 510 (wisselaar - CO)

oepassing:

De thermostaten worden gebruikt voor de temperatuurregeling van koelapparaten,

verwarmingstoestellen, filterventilatoren en warmtewisselaars binnen in de schakelkast.

Ze nemen de ingestelde omgevingslucht waar en openen bij stijgende temperatuur het

verwarmingscontact en sluiten het koelcontact.

Veiligheidsaanwijzingen:

De thermostaten mogen alleen door gekwalificeerd personeel worden geïnstalleerd.

Bij de installatie dienen alle maatregelen met betrekking tot veiligheid in acht genomen te worden

(ook beveiliging tegen direct contact).

De gegevens op het typeplaatje (spanning en stroom) moeten in acht genomen worden.

Het veilige gebruik van de thermostaat dient door middel van een functietest vastgesteld te worden.

Montageaanwijzingen:

- De thermostaat dient gemonteerd te worden in het bovenste gedeelte van de schakelkast op

zo groot mogelijke afstand van warmteproducerende onderdelen.

- De ventilatiegleuven van de thermostaat niet afdekken.

Bij gebruik van de wisselaar als opener moet bij de instelling van de temperatuur de maximale

hysteresis worden opgeteld bij de verlangde minimumtemperatuur.

Voorbeeld: - aanbevolen minimale temperatuur binnen in de schakelkast: 10°C (50°F)

- in te stellen temperatuur: 15°C (59°F)

- resulterend uit:

15°C (59°F)= in te stellen temperatur 10°C + grootst mogelijke hysteresis 4K (1K+3K)

Användning:

Termostaten används för temperaturstyrning av kylaggregat, värmeapparater, filterfläktar och

värmeväxlare i kopplingsskåp.

Den registrerar den inriktade omgivningsluften och öppnar vid ökad temperatur värmekontakten

och stänger kylkontakten.

Säkerhetsanvisningar:

Termostaterna får endast installeras av kvalificerad fackpersonal.

Skyddsåtgärderna och beröringsskyddet ska säkerställas vid monteringen.

Uppgifterna på märkplåten (spänning och ström) ska beaktas.

Termostatens funktionssäkerhet säkerställs genom en funktionstest.

Monteringsanvisningar:

- Termostaten ska monteras i den övre delen av kopplingsskåpet med största möjliga avstånd

till värmealstrande komponenter.

- Termostatens ventilationsöppning får inte övertäckas.

- Vid användning av växlaren som öppnare måste vid temperaturinställning största möjliga

hysteres adderas till den krävda minsta temperaturen.

Exempel: - krävd lägsta temperatur inuti kopplingsskåpet: 10 °C (50 °F)

- temperatur som ska ställas in: 15 °C (59 °F)

- härlett från:

15 °C (59 °F)= krävd temperatur 10 °C + största möjliga hysteres 4K (1K + 3K)
